OH. MY. GOSH. I laughed out loud. That's even better than the rainbows in the sprinkler water being a government conspiracy. And someone gave this man a place of authority?! Wow.
This is so, so weird!
The greatest testament to the failure of Democracy is sometimes to just watch it in action! So, so sad.
